Bringg teams up with a new partner
In the year 2021, Bringg collaborated with Uber to improve the delivery experience of customers and retailers that have been shopping excessively online. This has given Bringg a global client which allows access to drivers through Uber Direct.
The partnership will open a lot more opportunity doors by allowing more flexibility in the delivery system, ensuring quality, visible, and measurable delivery cycle. On the flip side, Uber will have access to the huge global client platform of Bringg. Bringg was founded in 2013 to ensure companies can scale delivery services with SaaS (software as a service) solution.
Bringg’s Delivery Solution
This delivery management solution starts with an order from the customer which directly arrives on the management dashboard and functions as a sophisticated logistics software. The order is then dispatched to the driver’s application manually, automatically, or either through a grab mode. In the manual process, delivery is assigned randomly by an employee. Whereas, the automatic procedure system selects itself the driver it wants to carry out the order. The driver then gets 90 seconds to agree to the order. The grab mode is a bit different from others where the order when placed by the customer is received by the management dashboard as well as the available drivers. The first driver to accept the order gets to complete the delivery to the respective customers’ location. After accepting the order, the delivery is linked directly to the customers’ profile where he can navigate the address, call for any information, and text. The dashboard gives the management detailed information about what’s going on with the delivery procedure, where is the delivery person located, and if they have checked-in or about to delay.
Bottom Line:
This wraps up our detailed delivery procedure. The partnership of Bringg and Uber will ensure last-mile delivery needs and excellent customer experiences for brands and other businesses.
