The device has the latest MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 5G processor with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 6.58-inch front panel and 5000 mAh battery. The Vivo Y72 5G features 6.58 inches IPS LCD panel with 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution and a teardrop notch at the top. This device is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 5G (7 nm) processor. RAM goes up to 8 GB, while there’s a max of 128 GB of storage. You can get Android 11 based Funtouch 11.1 out of the box. Also, it comes with a 5000 mAh battery to power up the smartphone, and it supports 18W fast charging. The smartphone goes official in Graphite Black and Dream Glow colour options.
Vivo Y72 5G on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/1.8 aperture.
