We have found more Material 3 design code from the Pixel Camera 9.9 Update. When we decode the app source code, we see that Buttons, Icons, the camera settings panel, switches, and some other elements will adapt to the Material 3 design.
Camera Education Hub
Google’s Pixel Camera application now features an education centre within it to help users maximise the potential of their camera. Tapping the question mark icon opens a window with graphical tips and step-by-step guides tailored to each mode. The context-based option offers personalised learning based on your Pixel’s capabilities—such as learning Night Sight, Portrait mode, or Action Pan—making it a handy, always-available photography guide.
AI Zoom Stabilization
