Realme is now ready to make debut in the TVs section. Its competitor Xiaomi from the start already have their own MI TVs. Now Realme also going to launch the Realme TV soon. Realme already revealed the news about the Realme TV but didn’t launch due to pandemic conditions. They were teasing the Realme TV on its official social media handles. Realme TV is now listed on the Flipkart and will be launched on May 25.
The listing the Flipkart website indicates it’s coming with MediaTek chipset. This is claimed as the No.1 chipset provider for digital TVs. On May 25 at 12.30 PM, Realme will launch Realme TV in India. Also, it is supposed to launch in China too as there are 8 new products launch in China on the same day. Xiaomi is ruling in India in the budget segment of smart TVs. They offered value for money with the best specifications at the best prices.
Specifications
Realme is also expected to launch its TVs at reasonable prices. The specifications look good, Realme will definitely launch at competitive prices with the MI TVs. MI TVs come with Amlogic chipset but the Realme is coming with 64-bit MediaTek chipset. The design is almost bezel-less and looks good enough to attract consumers.
Talking about the display Realme Claims it can reach up to 400 nits brightness. The Chroma Boost supports this TV. This may be the same as Xiaomi TVs with a vivid picture engine that adjusts the saturation. The MediaTek processor is a 64-bit processor with Mali-470 MP3 GPU. Another feature is the support of 24W four speakers. It supports the Dolby audio with a 24W speaker setup.
Realme also claimed about the quality of this smart TV. The testing includes a -20 degree temperature test and 760mm drop test. Though the Flipkart doesn’t reveal the operating system or the sizes for this TV. The leak suggests it will be with Android TV with Google Assistant.
