Download b3 recovery.zip Unzip To Any Drive Or Desktop .

Connect Your Phone Into Pc Via Usb .

Now Open Command Prompt In Folder b3 recovery By (Shift + Mouse Right Open Cmd Here) .

Now First Unlock The Bootloader By This Commands .

adb reboot bootloader

fastboot oem unlock

fastboot reboot

Copy This Command One By One .

After This Your Device Will Bootloader Then You Can Install Twrp And Root The Device .

Copy The supersu-2.49.zip To Sd Card For Root.

Install Temporary Twrp Recovery Using This Commands .

adb reboot bootloader

Now Your Phone Will Turn Into Recovery Mode .

Go To Install Navigate To supersu-2.49.zip Install it .

Now Back To Stock Recovery By Do This .
