But no worries there is no need of root access or bootloader to be unlocked. Just install the APK and enjoy the feature. This is Nubia Camera Port and it may not work on Android Pie based MIUI 10 which was recently updated in Redmi Note 5 Pro. This app is especially for capturing light painting. You can capture silky water, shutter speed is 72.6S so no need to use another filter. The good thing is maximum shutter speed is unlimited obviously it depends on when you stop capturing the image. Check below list for the compatible version of Note 5 Pro.
