Google announced their two new smartphone Pixel 4A 5G and Pixel 5G in USA. But both of these models are not coming in India as of now. Pixel 4A 4G model will be coming in India skipping the Pixel 5 and Pixel 4A 5G.
There’s no any signs of 5G networks in India as of now. Google may be that’s why thinking to skip the 5G smartphone launch in India. In India 5G may not be available to mass till 2022. 5G networks have very less coverage and its not possible to cover even a full city with only few cell towers.
Google Pixel 4A launched in the other regions for $349. But as always with Apple and Google the prices will be far more than the other markets. The previous version Pixel 3A was launched at 39999Rupees. It is expected to be in the same range as of previous one.
If you convert the USD 349 price to rupees it will be 26K approx. It will best deal if it launch in this price. But with the taxes and “premium” charge may just get the price above 35K Rupees. If you are looking to buy Pixel 4A in India, then here are its specifications.
Pixel 4A Specifications
The Pixel 4A is having 5.81 inches OLED touchscreen display. It has a display of 1080 pixels by 2340 pixels Resolution. This device comes with the 2.2 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 (8nm) processor and it comes with 6 GB of RAM. Also, it has 128 GB of internal storage. The device runs on the Android 10 with stock UI out of the box. It has a Non-removable Li-Po 3140mAh battery. The sensors are an accelerometer, proximity, compass, fingerprint (rear-mounted).
As far as the cameras are concerned, the 4A on the rear packs a single 12.2MP megapixel primary wide camera. The rear camera setup has phase detection autofocus, HDR Panorama. The front camera comes with a pin-hole design camera of 8 megapixels. Other features like stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack and 18W fast charging.
