Motorola launched a new budget smartphone in India in the G series. The new Moto G9 launched with Snapdragon 662, 48 megapixels triple rear cameras, and 5000mAh battery are the main highlights.
Earlier Moto launched Moto One Fusion Plus which got the positive reviews. Now Moto is coming back in the budget segment with the new smartphones. The earlier version G8 Plus was launched with Snapdragon 665 and G8 power lite with Helio P35.
But the Moto G9 launched with the Snapdragon 662 processor. Maybe the Moto G9 Plus will be coming soon, so the higher end version will have better chipset. Here are the Moto G9 Specifications.
Moto G9 Specifications
The G9 features a polycarbonate body, water repellent design. Moto G9 comes with the IPS LCD display with the waterdrop notch. The display size is 6.5 inches and the resolution is 720 X 1600 pixel which is HD+ display. Moto G9 launched with the Snapdragon 662 processor which made Moto G9 first smartphone with SD 662 chipset in India.
The Snapdragon 662 is a 2.0Ghz processor, which is fabricated on the 11nm process and has Andreno 610 GPU. It is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Let’s see the camera department. The rear camera is 48 Megapixels with f/1.7 aperture.2 megapixels macro vision lens with f/2.2 aperture2 megapixels depth camera with f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera supports night vision, auto smile capture, PDAF, hyper-lapse, high-resolution zoom.
The front camera is located at the center with a waterdrop notch. 8 megapixels f/2.2 aperture camera is available on the front. The device is powered up by a 5000mAh battery with 20W turbocharge technology. As always the Motorola G9 runs on Android 10 with My UX and no bloatware. It supports 4G, GPS, USB C, and NFC sensor and also a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Pricing
The Moto G9 is launched in India, the device is priced at 11499 rupees (~153$) approximately. G9 will be available in Sapphire Blue and Forest Green colors, on August 31 at 12PM.
