The PUBG Game is not old player in the game. The PUBG PC and importantly Pubg Mobile brought whole new audience into the game. After so much of popularity the PC version got left out. Pubg PC is still up and running. But Pubg Lite shutting down on April 29 2021. All services will shut down and no new downloads or anything will be available.
The announcement was made by Pubg Lite official Facebook page as well as on websites. The game was so much popular and it even got 2.5 million followers on Facebook pages. We can safely assume about at least lakhs of players are still playing that game. Pubg Lite shutting down on April 29 will be surely a sad news for budget PC gamers.
Pubg Lite Shutting Down
The Pubg PC lowered down version was released earlier. It was liked by lots of players who are budget PC gamers. Pubg Lite requirements was not that demanding as compared to the Pubg PC. Lots of players onboarded the game as it was similar to the Pubg PC. So, recently the announcement made about the Pubg Lite shutting down on April 29 2021.

We regretfully inform you that the service of PUBG LITE is scheduled to end on April 29th, 2021 (UTC).
Pubg Lite Official Statement
Pubg Lite also revealed dates of closure. On March 30th, 2021 the PUBG Lite webpage (lite.pubg.com) will be closed, and also no new downloads. April 29th, 2021 will be the end of service. Lastly, on May 29th, 2021, player support for lite will be no longer available. Here is the full official statement.
After Pubg Mobile got famous more than their PC counterparts. The PC versions were seems to be left out and no longer given preferences. As the lite version is also available on Mobile. Pubg Mobile got banned in major country like India also had some effects. Anyway, its time for farewell to the PUBG Lite.
