Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is the latest phone of Samsung Note series Galaxy note 7 is the powerful phablet with S-pen. The Galaxy Note 7 with S-pen added new lots of functionality now S-pen waterproof now you can drop your S-pen into a water. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Comes with Samsung TouchWiz UI Android Marshmallow TouchwizUI now named GraceUI. AT&T service provider always partnership with Samsung Note series now their new release with Note 7 with call and data offers.  Samsung TouchWiz UI comes with many bloatware like service provider bloatware Samsung apps if you want to remove the apps you have to first root the phone.

 

Note: – If you root your Galaxy Note 7 your device warranty will also void Android Pay and Samsung Pay would not work so do it at your own risk we will help you how to root Galaxy Note 7 AT&T. This method only will work in AT&T variant and Sprint variant.

Preparation :-

  • Backup Phone Apps, Contact, Messages, Internal Data .
  • Enable Developer options.

Go To Settings -> About Phone -> Tap On โ€œBuild Numberโ€ 7 Times To Enable Developer Options.

  • Enable USB Debugging.

Go To Settings -> Developer Options ->Enable Usb Debugging

  • Enable OEM Unlock.

Go To Your Settings -> Developer Options -> Tick Theโ€œOem Unlockโ€ Check box .

  • Install Samsung Driver From Here ->.
  • Download Latest Samsung Odin Tool From Here->.
  • Update Your Device Firmware To AT&T or Sprint.
  • Download Root File And Adb Tool.
  • Read Guide.

โ‡“โ‡“ Download Firmware Fastboot Tool & Root Files โ‡“โ‡“

Sun7 files Root File

Update your device to  AT&T or Sprint Firmware :-

Step 1-> Download Latest Odin and Unzip it.

Step 2->Download AT&T or Sprint Firmware and Unzip it.

Step 3-> Switch Off Your Phone.

Step 4->Turn Your Phone Into Download Mode By (Volume Down + Home + Power buttons.

Press Volume Up to acknowledge the warning Then Phone Will Turn Download Mode

Step 5-> Connect Your Phone With Pc Via USB and Run Odin3 vx.xx.exe Odin Will Detect Your Phone.

Step 6-> That Is, Check The Ap Box, Add The Firmware .tar File. (Do Not Extract It) .

  • Check Auto Reboot And F.Reset Time Options.
  • See The Screenshot

Step 7-> Now, Click Start Button To Begin The Installation Process.

Step 8-> Complete The Update Process Reboot Your Phone and Enable Developer options, USB Debugging, OEM Unlock.

Guide To Root Galaxy Note 7 AT&T :-

Step 1-> Download and unzip “adb-fastboot-tool-2016.zip” .

Step 2-> Download Sun7 files Root File and Unzip It and Copy Sun7  Folder To adb-fastboot-tool-2016 Folder.

Step 3-> Connect Your Phone To Pc and Open Cmd Windows In adb-fastboot-tool-2016 Folder By Shift + Mouse Right -> Open Cmd Here .

Step 4-> Now Paste Or Type This Commands In Cmd Window.

adb shell
  • This Command Will go adb shell mode
su
  • This Command Will Grant Super Su Permission
  • Now Type “exit” Twice To Exit adb shell mode The Go To Next Command.
adb push sun7 /data/local/tmp/su
  • This Command Will Push sun7 Folder To Your Phone
adb shell chmod 0777 /data/local/tmp/su/*
  • This Command Will Grant Permission To sun7 Files
  • Now Once More Open Adb Shell By This Command
adb shell
  • Now Navigate To Su Folder By This Command
cd /data/local/tmp/su/
  • Now Grant Root Permission By This Command
su
  • Then Run root.Sh In Your Phone To Root The Device By This Command.
./root.sh

Wait For Process Complete  Your Will Be Automatically Reboot When Done.

Check Root Access With Root Checker.
