I won’t ask why you need it, but yes, you can now take screenshots in Chrome Incognito mode for Android by changing flags.
It’s just a simple trick; if you want to know, you can try it. Maybe it will help you sometime, who knows. There are flag settings in Chrome you can change and get the job done. Just a reminder that this method is only compatible with the Android Chrome browser, and therefore does not work on iOS. How to take screenshots in Chrome Incognito Mode
Ensure you have an updated version of Google Chrome.
1) Open the Google Chrome browser, enter the flag URL as shown in the image below, and hit enter. Chrome://flags.

2) Now in the search bar type “Incognito’ or just the ‘Screenshot” keyword. You will see the options, just as shown in the image below.

3) In the incognito screenshot option, you will see “Default’. Simply tap on “Default” and select “Enabled”.

4) Now restart the Chrome browser and open the incognito mode. The screenshot will be captured successfully.
