Debuted as Musically in initial days is now facing all around hatred especially in India. if you are not from India, you may be wondering how and why Tiktok play store ratings are going down? We all know how cringe-worthy content is being posted on the TikTok. No doubt there is good content too like the people who edit the videos and make amazing transitions. Especially, in Indian TikTok its really a lot, like really a lot. Most of the so-called influences even got millions of followers just by doing stupid things. The Story
A popular Indian YouTube channel named as Carryminati which is roasting channel. This channel is handled by 20-year-old Ajay Nagar. The so-called TikToker cum social media influencer made a video about people making fun of TikTok. He said in his videos that, TikTok has the real content and all the YouTube channels steal the content from TikTok. Also, gave a threat for making copyright strike in the YouTube channels. Though he can’t do anything let’s just pretend that he can. So as always Mr. Roaster aka carryminati made a video about Ameer Siddiqui which was a massive hit.
This video was breaking all the records in India. Like the fastest likes, views, shares and much more. The video got almost 1 million likes in 1 hour of video upload. He got around 1.8 million of subscribers in 24 hours after this video. Also, one more achievement, it was 2nd most liked video globally! Again fastest video to get 10m likes, video to get 797k+ comments. So you might be wondering this video might have breaking records now too. But sadly, the video got removed.
If you ask me I really enjoyed the video. The dialogues, words were just best! 😀 Personally, yeah I don’t hate the TikTok app but now the users are on another level. Anti-national videos, animal cruelty, kids twerking, social disturbing video are constantly getting pushed on Tiktok. TikTok doesn’t seem to care a bit and continued these types of videos without taking any action.

The Reaction
YouTube removed the video stating, “An act of Cyber Bullying and Harassment”. Who reported it no one knows not even the channel owner. But this video acted like a triggered alarm waiting to ring. All the fans and audiences started trending #justiceforcarry trends on twitter. When the video was live, some big YouTube channels jumped and made this issue even bigger. Lots of memes, trends, and social shares made this issue bigger and bigger. Though Ajay Nager gave the statement that most of his lines were mispresented. Lots of other youtube channels like “Saiman Says” took advantage and released videos over this issue.
The Aftermath
People were already furious over TikTok. In India, it was spreading mostly anti-national messages and lots of religious hate. So using the #justiceforcarry people posted over all the social media platforms to give the TikTok app 1-star ratings on Play Store. We have already seen the issue like this in Snapchat too. But this time its really big over the TikTok. Petitions are available on the sites which 70K + people sign. Also, there are lots of videos of animal cruelty made by various brainless TikTok users.
Now everyone is sharing and trending Twitter about giving the one-star rating on Playstore. Some are even sharing to flag the TikTok app as inappropriate in the store. Now the rating is almost 2.6 and it is gonna go down even more for sure. Personally I think that this is not gonna help to take down the app from the store. Though its users will be less they’ll come again. Play store might delete the ratings as spam as they did with the Snapchat.
This was the reason for the ok Play Store Rating Is Going Down Drastically. The original rating which was 4.5 now dropped to almost 2.6 and is going to be reduced more. The trend will be live for a few days as the new issues due to TikTok are rising up in India. This might, even more, reduce the TikTok rating.
