India intelligence agencies requested to red flag the use of over 52 Chinese apps. There are lots of big names red-flagged. Intelligence requested the use of this app should be stopped immediately. Due to links with the Chinese government these apps are flagged. The full list of apps that are banned is below.
These apps include popular video call apps like Zoom, the unfortunate viral TikTok, and many more. Previously, the Government Of India advised restricting the use of the Zoom App. The popular video-sharing app TikTok had also issued warnings for data breaches and security concerns.
