The theme also features the dynamic island but some bug still exists you can try this on your device too.

• First Uninstall the Theme update then install Theme_Store_7.4.0_Beta1 Or Theme_Store_7.4.2.apk.
• Open the download theme from the internal storage and tap on Try Now.
