Instruction To Install Google Play Store Gapps on MIUI 9:-
- Download and install “Google Installer.apk“.
- Open The App “Tap” The Blue Button.
Wait for Download and complete installation.
After it is done reboot your device and sign in google account to access Google Play play store and google service.

Im stuck at installing google play services. Already downloaded it but unable to install because it says it cannot downgrade apps. And i cant uninstall this current google play services installed in my phone (xiaomi redmi note 3). Hope you can help me.
try to uninstall old google play and google play service app using system app remover then install
