How To Install MIUI Launcher:

Download the MIUI System Launcher.APK file. Copy it your external SD card or internal storage.
If you are installing the APK for the first time. Then enable unknown sources from security settings.
Install the MIUI System Launcher.APK and set it.
Now to enable App Drawer, tap and hold home screen then goto more option.
Then open “Home Screen Settings.” (it is in the Chinese language so check this image below)

You will see two option in the Chinese language, select the second one. (check below image for more information)

To Uninstall the launcher:

Go to Settings > Installed Application > System Launcher
