Google Pixel 4A news is coming nowadays. But apart from that, the Pixel 5 Google Camera 7.4 APK For Android devices is coming too. If you have Pixel 4 you can update your camera app from the play store. It has now equipped with 8X Zoom for videos on Pixel 4 devices. There are hints that Pixel 5 will use the 2020 configuration. Whereas the Pixel 4A will use 2020 mid-configuration. We all know how effective Google’s Image processing algorithm is!!
What’s New In Google Camera 7.4
New 8X Video Zoom
The Pixel 4 device users can now enjoy 8X Zoom. It is Google’s Super-Res algorithm that effectively adjusts the quality. This new algorithm will adjust the images with minimum losses in image quality.
The interesting thing is Pixel 4 has a 2X telephoto camera but now it can zoom up to 8X. For now, Pixel 4 users can update their camera app.
But if you use the 8X zooming the 60FPS option will be disabled. But it’s a fair deal. The options “auto” and “60FPS” options that are available at the 1080P resolution will not be available on the zooming.
But as we have seen the power of Google Algorithm in image processing it will be interesting to see the real-time effects of this update.
Quick Toggles For Video Resolution
There are a few changes in the toggle for video. In the previous 7.3 version, you would see only some flash and timer options. But now in this update, you will get 4K recording and 1080P recording options. Alongside the flash settings, the 4K recording and 1080P options will be available. Also, the frame adjustments will be also available like 60FPS, and 30FPS.
In the coming days, Google Camera developers will release the Pixel 5 Google Camera 7.4 APK For Android devices. The mods are expected to be released soon for device-specific. We will update the device-specific Google Cameras once they are available.

The BSG Gcam developer now ported the 7.4 Gcam. This is the test version but will work on some devices. This ported Gcam will work on MI 8, MIX 2S/3, Poco F1, and Razer Phone 2. So if you have one of these devices you should try the ported Gcam 7.4 APK from the below links. You can try it on OnePlus latest devices and the Galaxy S20 Snapdragon series too. Installation
- Download The Gcam APK file.
- Then Copy the downloaded file to your mobile or tablets in internal or external storage.
- Now enable Unknown Sources options from Settings > Security or Settings > Additional settings > Privacy.
- Install GCamera.apk and Open the camera app on your device and Give all the permission.
- Now enjoy.
