Install Dolby Digital Plus On Android Pie

Thanks to XDA Senior Member “repey6” builds Dolby Atmos for Android Pie devices. To install Audio Mod on your Android device need to install TWRP recovery and root access with Magisk.

Download Dolby Atmos for Android Pie

DDP for Magisk: 

Dolby Digital Plus-[UNiTY][Light]_by_repey6.zip

DDP for TWRP:  Dolby Digital Plus-edit by repey6.zip

Requirements:

Instructions To Install Dolby Atmos with Magisk:

  • Download Dolby Digital Plus-[UNiTY][Light]_by_repey6.zip and copy its internal storage to the Magisk folder.
  • Now open Magisk manager app.
  • Click on Module then select Add an icon on the bottom of the middle screen.
  • Then navigate Dolby Digital Plus-[UNiTY][Light]_by_repey6.zip and click on it to install.
  • Once done, reboot your device.

Instructions To Install Dolby Atmos with TWRP:

  • Download Dolby Digital Plus-edit by repey6.zip file and copy it to your phone.
  • Turn off your phone and turn it into Recovery Mode.
  • Then go to the ” backup ” option and backup system partition and swipe at the bottom to create a backup.
  • Then back to the main menu and select “Install” Navigate to the Dolby Digital Plus-edit by repey6.zip file.
  • Now “Swipe to Install “ to install Dolby Atmos.
  • After the process is complete reboot your device.

    At last with your tuto I installed Dolby Atmos on my lenovo Tab 3 Plus Wifi (YTX-703F) with LineageOs !
    A lot of tries, a lot of deception. But that’s it ! Thanks !
    I just have the Surround virtualizer button inactive. Don’t know why. But everything else is working fine.
